Clinic Policies

Appointment Policy

We primarily operate by appointment to ensure that we have ample time to give to each patient. For our owners who work or have a busy schedule, we also provide a drop-off service between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

All pets that stay with us are required to have a Capstar, which kills fleas for 24 hours.
We recommend that all dogs in our care be completely vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper- Parvo, and Bordatella; and cats for Rabies, Leukemia, and FVRCP (Feline Rhinotracheitis-Calici-Panleukopenia-Chlamydia Psittaci).

We ask that all animals be restrained with a leash or carrier, just in case your animal or someone else’s animal may make them feel uneasy or upset.

Boarding Policy

In an effort to make your pet and others have a safe and pleasant stay with us, we require every pet to have a Capstar that kills fleas for 24 hours upon arrival. Dogs are required to be vaccinated for Rabies, DAPP and Bordetella, and cats are required to be vaccinated for Rabies and FVRCP.

We would like for all boarders to arrive before 5:00pm and pickup before 5:30pm. We encourage you to bring your pet’s food so that a change in food will not cause stomach upset while your pet is staying with us. If you are unable to bring your food, we use the Science Diet Canine Sensitive Stomach.

Payment Policy

We require payment at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit.

Our website was designed for you to get to know us better and enjoy having fun learning and exploring the lives of pets.
